Furnace Maintenance Plans Fit for Your Budget

Routine furnace maintenance has many advantages. Maintenance lowers the likelihood of problems or breakdowns and maintains higher energy efficiency. Consistent maintenance can even help your furnace last longer, avoiding premature furnace replacement. Home Heating & Cooling technicians want to make sure you get access to those benefits.

We offer two annual furnace maintenance plans, with each plan structured around a detailed inspection, cleaning and tune-up checklist. Choose from a one-time package for $109 or an annual plan that covers both your furnace and air conditioner for $170. With an annual maintenance plan, you’ll also receive 10% off our other services.

Whichever plan you select, both include our thorough checklist of furnace maintenance tasks, such as:

1. Check furnace filter*
2. Clean furnace condensate drain
3. Check blower motor amp reading
4. Confirm the gas valve is in good condition
5. Recalibrate the thermostat, if required
6. Check all furnace safety switches
7. Check all electric connections
8. Lubricate blower motor, if applicable
9. Inspect the duct for signs of damage or inefficiencies
10. Inspect gas flues to ensure safety
11. Check around furnace for any hazards
12. Determine if clogs or airflow obstructions are present
13. Test capacitors
14. Make indoor quality of air recommendations

We start with a comprehensive inspection of every major component in your furnace. Your technician will be checking for signs of trouble or damaged/worn parts. They can go ahead and take the necessary steps to fix or replace them, if needed. In many cases, it’s these maintenance visits that give us the chance to identify potential issues before they become severe problems that need extensive furnace repair. We’ll also conduct a thorough cleansing, lubrication and fastening process to make sure every component is working together as seamlessly as possible.
